ELECTED OFFICIALS

SENATOR
Owen Henry
Owen is in his first term as our Senator. He has two grown children and a grandson. Henry oversees his contracting business, which has been in operation since 1996. He is a graduate of Cedar Ridge High School [a former high school in the township] and earned his bachelor’s degree from Trenton State College [now The College of New Jersey]. In the community, Henry has served on the Old Bridge Environmental Commission, the Old Bridge Planning Board and the Old Bridge Board of Education.

MAYOR
Eleanor "Debbie" Walker
Eleanor “Debbie” Walker who has lived in the township for over 3 decades, is currently in her first term as Mayor. She and her husband have two adult children and two grandchildren. She is retired from the Monroe Transportation Department. In the community, Walker served as Council-at-Large, a fire commissioner for six years, member of the Planning Board, member of the Redevelopment Agency, member of Recreation Board, liaison for the Open Space committee and member of the Historical Society.

COUNCIL-AT-LARGE
Anita Greenberg-Belli
Anita has lived in Old Bridge for 25 years She and her husband Daniel have an adult daughter. She is a veterinarian. Along with serving as a councilwoman, she has served as a member of the Old Bridge Planning Board; served on the Economic Development Corporation; worked on the Open Space referendum; is liaison for the Open Space committee and the Shade Tree Commission; is a member of the Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Release committee; served as Municipal Chair of the Old Bridge Republicans for ten years; serves as a commissioner on the Old Bridge Municipal Utility Authority; and is a member of Madison Township (Old Bridge) Historical Society.

COUNCIL-AT-LARGE
Mary Rita Sohor
Mary has lived in the township for 42 years and is seeking her third term. She had served as a Ward 2 councilwoman for 10 years prior to becoming an At-Large-Councilwomen. She is the widow of the late Councilman Roman N. Sohor. She is retired after 32 years as a manager of the Peterpank Diner on Route 9 in Sayreville and manager at the South Brunswick Motor Vehicle Agency.
In the community, Sohor has served as a housing authority commissioner for 10 years, served on the Local Welfare board for six years, is a current member of the Recreation Advisory Board, and is a current member of the township Historical Society. She is a former member of the Parent Teacher Associations at McDivitt Elementary, Carl Sandburg Middle, and Old Bridge High School (OBHS). She is also a former OBHS marching band parent member.
Serving 10 years as Ward 2 councilperson, Sohor said she believes she has been a strong voice for her residents and she would be proud and honored to represent all the people of Old Bridge.

COUNCIL-AT-LARGE
Erik R. DePalma
Erik is currently in his first term as Councilman-at-Large, having served 4 years prior as Ward 2 Council representative. As a resident of Old Bridge, Erik has served as a volunteer member of the Lakeridge community board, the Township’s Redevelopment Agency and Planning Boards, and is very active in his children’s extracurricular activities. Erik is a financial services professional with 20+ years of experience in the Operations and Technology, as well as an Adjunct Professor where he has taught Business and Professional Communication.
He received his B.S. in Business Administration from Wagner College and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and an MPA from Rutgers University. Erik has been married to his wife for 12+ years and has 2 daughters.

WARD 1
Kevin Garcia
Kevin is currently the President of the 713-unit Cheesequake Village Condo Association located in Old Bridge where he's lived for over three years. He is also a member of the Old Bridge Planning Board.

Kevin retired from the Jersey City Police after serving for over 25 years. While an officer, he served as the President of the Hispanic American Law Enforcement Association.. After retiring, he opened an Allstate Insurance Agency located in Woodbridge, NJ which he owned and operated for over 3 years. Kevin has been married for over 37 years with two sons and 4 grandchildren.

WARD 2
Darin Accettulli
Darin is currently the Ward 2 Councilman having been selected to fulfill the unexpired term vacated by Mr. DePalma. Darin currently serves on the Recreation Committee and is very active in local endeavors. He is a former board member of his HOA and a Sayrewood South softball coach.

Darin has a rich background as a former COO in the health club industry and as a recording artist. He now spends his professional time as a local realtor and a person development mentor. Darin is a devoted husband to Beatrice and loving father to Ava and Alexa.

WARD 5
Tony Paskitti
Tony is the current Ward 5 Councilman and a lifelong resident of Old Bridge. Tony is currently a Commissioner of the Old Bridge Housing Authority and serves as an usher at Calvary Chapel Old Bridge. He has served on the Old Bridge Redevelopment Agency and the Old Bridge Planning Board. He has lived in Southwood for over 30 years. He has been married to his bride Cathy for 34 years and has 4 grown children. Tony has been a Pop Warner football coach and was past President of the Old Bridge Athletic Association.

WARD 6
John Murphy
John is currently the Ward 6 Councilman and has been a resident of Old Bridge for over 60 years. He is a graduate of the former Madison Township High School. John has previously served on the South Old Bridge Volunteer Fire Department for 10 years and has 44 years of work experience in water treatment and distribution in Old Bridge. He also has consulting experience in water industry management and operation.
John is a former coach of both Old Bridge basketball and little league baseball. He was instrumental in the founding of the Old Bridge Mat Rats. John holds a degree in Environmental Health Science Engineering from Middlesex County College.
